We design, the Fully Used Stick Welding Electrodes (FUSWE) and innovation technology of their application. This technology allows the consumer to use 100% welding electrodes, increase productivity of welding by more than 40%, reduce transportation costs, and eliminates the cost of waste disposal. Besides, in manufacturing of the holder for FUSWE used less than 40% of non-ferrous metals.
This project opens the possibility of creating a new direction of development in the welding industry – automation of the welding process using FUSWE. The unique economic and technical properties of the electrodes ensure their high export potential.
